The Senior Management Team, consisting of Martin Knutson, Dan Tuepah, Raveena Ghaug, Michael Kenney and Don Venturi, are strongly supported by Matrix’s diverse range of specialists.
Martin Knutson - Principal
Martin contributes over 30 years of senior management, investment, and financial services experience to Matrix. A commercial pilot since 1981, Martin has dealt with the Canadian and international aviation industry as a client, owner, and supplier of aircraft.
Representative of his extensive knowledge, and his participation in the business sector of the Canadian North, Martin was a driving force in developing Nunasi Helicopters into one of the premier helicopter suppliers in the Canadian Arctic. Dan Tuepah - Principal
Complementary to Martin’s background, Dan brings more than 30 years of marketing, business logistics, sales, and strategic planning experience to the table. Much of this experience was gained in the international marketplace where Dan successfully dealt in countries such as Japan, India, China, Australia, Chile, Western Europe, S.E. Asia and the United States.
Dan’s experience in the helicopter, aviation, resource, transportation, and financial consulting sectors all combine powerfully, giving his clients access to a knowledge base that benefits them in a wide variety of ways. Highlights of Dan’s profile are:

Raveena Ghaug, CA - Corporate Controller
As Corporate Controller, Raveena holds responsibility for all financial aspects of the Matrix group of companies. Having previously worked for clients in a broad range of industries, Raveena brings a winning business formula to the team. With a strong core of professional proficiencies Raveena blends superior analytical, problem solving, leadership and communications skills with an approach that furthers the Matrix focus on superior client relationships and servicing. Michael Kenney - Operations Manager
As Operations Manager for Matrix, Michael brings a unique blend of logistics, sales, marketing, and customer service skills to the Matrix team. Having developed and managed logistical solutions for a broad range of international clients, and having a unique specialization on the Canadian North, particularly the Arctic, Michael provides Matrix clients with a wealth of experience and a high level of customer service. Michael is a graduate from St. Francis Xavier University in Antigonish, Nova Scotia. Mike's prior employment allowed him to provide services to a wide range of clients, some of which include: RMH Teleservices, Westfair Foods (George Weston Limited) and Xerox Canada .
Don Venturi - Aviation Consultant
More than 35 years of experience has given Don a broad and deep base of knowledge, predominantly within the Aviation industry. Don brings a unique blend of technical, operational and safety skills to the team at Matrix. Additionally, as a commercial helicopter pilot, Don has over 14,000 hours of flying time for a wide array of clients. Operating as the Aviation Specialist for Matrix, Don’s expertise can be summarized as follows:
